I left an office position where I was an assistant to an executive. She came into the office everyday with sungalsses on at 10am. She would ask me to hold her meetings. She would ask me to hold her calls. She would close the door behind her and scream and trash her office for half an hour, she would call poeple and hollar and scream cry at them, then spend an hour cleaning everything up and another half an hour putting herself together agiain. She would then start her day. Behind her desk she had one of those decor signs that said... be mindful. That's all I know about the be mindful people.
