My father once bought the house next door to his most hated enemy and rented it out to a notorious biker gang. He told them they should feel free to be themselves while they rented this home from him, and would have no restrictions from him as a landlord. They proceded to install a motorcycle ramp up the stairs to the front door, and started the series of loud parties. Rejoice!
